My Mood:
A mama purchased a cover from me on Thursday night. She just messaged me saying if I don't ship today, she wants a refund. What the heck?? I told her I have 5 business days to ship after payment is received.
How do I refund? If I refund $8 (which was the price) I will be in the hole after PP fees. That doesn't seem fair.

I was able to refund. If you select issue refund, PP will credit the fee.

What kind of feedback should be left for this kind of transaction? Same thing is going on w/me right now. I'm going to go ahead and refund b/c I haven't shipped it out, but it's annoying b/c I have now wasted a polymailer and a label
