Making mason jar baking gifts. Small batch recipes???

For my son's teacher/paras at his specialized school I'm making mason "baking" jars.
Each jar holds 2 cups [with a little room at the top for chocolate chips or M&Ms or something].

Does anyone have a small batch recipe that would fit nicely inside this jar?
Brownies,cookies, etc?

TIA

could you send it to me too? Please.. five-little-monkeys@hotmail.com

And not sure it was mentioned but I found that with the brownie recipe I had it worked best with wide mouth jars. They seam to have a little extra room and it was MUCH easier to get out after they sat and packed during travel.

I was thinking of already making it, but thought it would be more fun to have the ingredients layered but 2 cups limit isn't a lot of room. I may try to cut in 1/2 my chocolate chip oatmeal cookie recipe and see how it goes

I haven't tried any of these yet, but this website has a bunch of recipes for jars. Maybe if they're too large, you could somehow half them? Sorry, I'm not much help!
