Re: NBC loooooooooove

We'll model! We got ours today. So soft and squishy. I got a size 2 for my almost 18 lbs. 3 month old. Like the pp, it's a little loose in the legs while the waist fits. It also hangs kind of low between his legs. Not sure what that's about. But it's so cute and definitely workable! I feel like it will get better as he grows (which he seems to be doing by the second).

Re: NBC loooooooooove

Adorable baby!!!
Remember, these are going to shrink in rise when washed the first few times. This will shorten the rise and help with fit at the leg as well!! I'll try to snap a picture of Teague (17 pounds) in his Monkey NBC fitted later today. He's in a Size 1 (low rise on him) and Size 2 (tabs crossed over).

I am really tempted and want to try one of these but can't decide on the size. If I go by weight dd would need a 2 but if I go by the measurements she could fit into a size 1. I don't like saggy (which looks like happens if it is too big) diapers.

Cute! Do these have a foldover rise? Sorry, can't find info on the site, only that it is a "two size fitted diaper"

Re: NBC loooooooooove

I'm not sure this helps, as babies come in different shapes and sizes..... but here are some pictures of Teague. He is 8 1/2 months and about 17 pounds. This is a Size 2, washed twice so has shrunk a bit.

ETA...these are kind of dark as well..I just realized my camera was on the wrong setting.

cute cute diaper! I bought the same monkey one in size one but it hasn't arrived yet. Hey - did you have to be careful when washing because of bleeding? I'm thinking I should first wash it in a load of darks so it doesn't bleed into my other diapers?

I am having the same issues with the fit on my 14 month old. I've had the diaper a couple weeks now and it is fully prepped. My son is about 23 lbs. and in the size 2. I find the KHW have the exact same fit on my son. Bummer since I love the prints and quality on these diapers.

The holiday really slowed up shipping I'm afraid. I'll guess it will arrive by tomorrow!

Normally, I would say wash ANYTHING red seperately, but I've washed Teague's twice on our FL sanitize cycle and so far not a single problem with bleeding. If you are at all concerned though, I'd recommend washing it with some other clothing that has like colors.
