Do I Have a Plugged Duct?

Last night I noticed my left side is extremely tender--but there's no lump and it's not hard. It starts at the base of my breast and goes in a direct line to my areaola.
I don't have an flu symptoms to indicate mastisis.
This is LO #4 and I've never dealt with any issues--so I'm at a loss. Any thoughts?

This was me last week. I just treated it as though it was a plugged duct--rest, nurse, hydrate, ibuprofen, hot compress, massage...the pain subsided after 4 days or so. It was my first time dealing with anything like that, so not 100% sure it was a plugged duct. Good luck!

I was just coming here to post the same question! It hurts quite a bit but I'm not sure what the cause is. I'm off to try and find a warm compress now, sounds great.
