clean eating meal plan ideas?

Hi all, I'm just wondering if maybe some of you could post a weeks worth of meal plan for clean eating. While I don't eat a TON of processed stuff, I'd like to work towards eating even less. DH has been exercising but not losing weight so I'm trying to help him be more aware of what he's eating. He does go out to lunch with work buddies, but he never gets fries, he's usually eating sushi, a turkey sandwich with lots of veggies (no mayo) his company offers free fruit, he doesn't drink soda (although he does drink coffee).

Of course, I would like it to be fairly simple to prepare and kid friendly. While 2 of my 3 are great eaters, I have one that's not so fond of veggies.

I have another 8-10lbs I'd like to shed off, too.

If you know of any apps for iphone that help with meal plans/ideas, let me know. Sometimes I get stuck in a rut of making the same meals over and over.

I need to be better organized, but like today, I have some chicken out to grill but I have no idea what to put with it. We had VBS at our church last week and they had dinner for us, so I didn't have to cook at all last week. I haven't been able to prepare a new menu or go to the store for fresh veggies or salad fixings. I think I have some rice, maybe some lima beans (frozen), but I don't think either of those are great choices. But I don't want to drag 3 kids out to the store for just lettuce. KWIM?
