You click on the barcode thingy next to the search box. Scan and done. You do it when you go to enter foods/stuff.

I was worried sick, but scale says 146.6 so a tiny bit lost while gone.
Anyone heard of the JUDDD diet? Johnsons up day down day diet? You get less than 500 calories one day and then eat normal the next. Women over on low carb friends have lost hundreds doing it.
I am trying it... Sort of...

Also I found this while on vacation: it's research looking at those w alcoholic fathers having the same genes for sugar addiction/binge sugar eating.

LOL!

Never heard of that diet. Am interested though.

Thanks Mac n Cheese! I will! And that hcg diet sounds really dangerous. losing 19 pounds in 19 days isn't healthy! What about sepsis and lever and kidney failure that go along with sudden and drastic weight loss? I'd be interested to see what the peer-reviewed journals say about it.

i have to constantly watch what i eat or i will gain. thats how i always have been. i always loved low carb. i think i will be low carb maintenance after this, lots of focus on veggies with the occasional raw food break

I have been an ICU nurse for most of my seven years. I have never ever seen (or heard for that matter) any of the things you mentioned.

So we tried spaghetti squash for the first time tonight ...we are in love. Even my 13 yr od DD ...she was all I am not eating that I don't like squash.... I told her to try it and she said no she would starve...about 10 minutes later I was serving dinner and handed her her plate and walked away and the next thing I heard was.....I hate it when you are right ! There is still tons left over for tomorrow now
