My Mood:
Re: Sleep

I too am suffering insomnia. I roll over all night. I've been dealing with a compressed nerve in my neck that shoots pain down my left arm. It's getting better now, but my new fun thing is RLS!!! AND, I have the joys of having to get up and pee 3 times a night as I also suffer from Interstitial Cystitis and it gets worse during pregnancy.

But, I have not found my awesome sleep position yet. It's time for a new bed for me.

Hi! I'm a mama of 5 amazing beautiful children! 3 boys, 2 girls.

Re: Sleep

I actually sleep pretty well. I'm so tired at the end of the day, I think I could sleep through a tornado. Ok, maybe not. But I am exhausted, and as soon as my head hits the pillow, I am out. I wake up to pee and to roll over, but immediately go back to sleep. I'm hoping that this continues. I have to sleep with a body pillow between my knees and elbows, otherwise parts of my body go numb.

Re: Sleep

I have insomnia also. Awake for a 2-3 hour block in the middle of the night. I just bought an extra firm and fluffy pillow from target that I use when I lay on my back. My head is really elevated with this and it is so nice. Sometimes I put a toss pillow between my knees to get the pressure off my back or hips.
