i remember reading, somewhere, that some wool diaper covers are machine washable. Does anyone know a brand that is?

If you get recycled wool that has been felted, or is a wool blend with 30%-50% acrylic or poly - it will probably be machine washable on the gentle cycle.

Re: machine washable wool????

SKOON has a machine washable 100% wool dipe cover. There's another one, Green Mountain Diapers...or something like that. I looked at them when I was buying the SKOONs. They're definitely more dense than some of the non-washable wool covers I've got. However, that's not a criticism. They work great!

I think some people wash Kozy longies on the gentle/wool setting. I think they're superwash wool.

Kusikuy Alpaca is machine washable and doesn't need lanolin. It's wool but from an alpaca not a sheep.
