Re: C-section shame

I find it interesting that everyone I meet has an opinion on how I gave birth. I'm a new first time mom and chose to have a c-section instead of turning my breach baby. I've been judged for that and have had people ask me about a VBAC already and it's only been 2.5 months. I just take it all in stride and realize that people only have their own perspectives from their births and try not to let it bother me. I am happy to have an open mind and feel sorry for all of those who don't.

Re: C-section shame

It's really no one's business how we deliver, as long as baby is healthy! This mom shaming attitude our generation had picked up is just... well, a shame. Lol

My second child was born by force C-section. He should and could have been a v-bac. Still bothers me greatly to this day.
