Pre Baby preparation list

We don't need much either. I just started working on my checklist last night. I have all the diapers we need (NB to PTing) and none of our carseats are expiring yet, so we're good in that area. I do want a new stroller, even though, I wear my babies about 98% of the time. Here's what I have so far:

4-6 weeks before:
Set up Pack n Play in master
Take CD inventory
Sort out NB clothing
Register at hospital (I wish we were having a homebirth)
Make and Freeze meals
Finalize the rest of the school-year plans (we homeschool)
Order or Make new PUL diaper pail liner

3 Weeks before:
Laundry (gender neutral clothing, receiving blankets, all diapering items)
Set up carseat
Pack hospital bags (mine, hubby's)
Print out kids' school schedule, weekly school plans, suggested menus, activities, expectations to child-care givers.

2 weeks before:
Print out call list
Email friends and family regarding hospital guidelines (I really wish we were having a homebirth!)
Wash Bowron wool baby rug
Plan out "Sip n See" party

Oh wow, I've been skipping over this thread up until now. (Denial?)

But it's time. I'm going to go through all six pages and make my checklist. I can't believe I'm 33 weeks!

Things to buy:
Stroller
Newborn insert for carseat
8 more infant prefolds
24 flats
24 stay dry doublers (maybe)
Small wet bag for diaper bag
Diaper bag
Chest of drawers

Things to do for baby:
Combine dh's computer area with mine so we have room for the bassinet
Pick up borrowed bassinet and swing from neighbor
Install carseat base
Pack hossy bag
Prep diapers
Wash and organize baby clothes

Household tasks I'd like to finish before baby arrives:
Clean carpets
Deep clean dd's room
Have hubby paint bedroom doors and dd's ceiling
Recaulk kitchen sink and bathtub
Replant front flowerbed
New shelf paper under bathroom sink
Homeschool photo books for dd and ds
