9/17 Weekly Weigh In

I thought I'd start another thread like the weight loss buddies one...I'd suggested doing a weekly one and so I thought I'd go ahead and start it

I haven't been exercising, but my eating has been okay. My weight loss has slowed significantly because of not exercising - but I've been sick or in pain for one reason or another. I'm going to try to start again this week..I'm going to start out small...maybe 15 min every day...or if I feel like I can handle more, then I'll do more.

Anyway, I'm about 165 (from 201, yay!) and I've got 25 lbs to go to get to my goal weight - which I don't think I'll reach...but I'm going to try I was hoping to reach my goal weight by my bday, but I don't see losing 25 lbs by the end of Oct. My new goal is 155 by the time I have surgery (which I don't have a date for, but I assume it'll be sometime in the next 2 months).

How's everyone else??

well i haven't been doing to good but i haven't gained anything. Moving and DH found out he has to have back surgery so i have been really stress and running out of time durning the day so i havn't been exercising but i would count moving stuff as exersice. I am at 180. I plan on restarting my plan next week. i was going to join ww but i don't think that we will have the money cause i need to pinch every penny cause DH will have a 6 month recovery time.

I have gained 15 lbs in the last month I am at 170.

Eek, a 6 month recovery time? That hurts. I'd count moving as exercise as well.

I hate gaining, but I've done it a lot...it happens. The good thing is, it can come off eventually!

I was gone all last week for my sil's wedding. I really don't want to weigh in tonight.

All outside walking is pretty much done(with my neighbor anyhow). She's back at work and it's getting cold out.

I need to move things around so I can use my elliptical and tapes again.

I weighed in at 191.5 this morning. My goal is to loose 30lbs by 12/23/06. I go back to the gym next week after a summer break.

OK I haven't weighed in w/you guys before so I'm gonna start this week & today I'm starting at 165. My goal is to lose about 30 lbs by the end of the year... so I think that's reasonable.

I haven't been doing so well lately. But I need to buckle down again. I started at 262 in January and I am down to 221 as of this morning. I was down to 218 but with the move and all I just haven't been doing well. My goal was to get to 175 by Christmas but that isn't reasonable any more. I will just be happy if I am still losing

Well I have never weighed in with any of you all before, but I am definitely trying to lose so maybe you guys can help me and we can keep each other motivated!
Little about me! I am 4 months pp today. Weighed 200 lbs at the end of my pregnancy and currently weigh 165. Ideal weight is 140. I would love to lose 15 by the end of the year. I am having a hard time lately losing anymore weight.
I hope that we can keep each other motivated to keep going and we all reach our goal weights!

oh, if we're posting goals. At my weight loss group the 1 lady does a contest every year where you write down a weight you want to be at our last weigh in before Xmas. When I was there 2 weeks ago I wrote mine down, it was 14 weeks till that last weigh in and I think I put i wanted to be 163. I was 178 at the time. Though according to my scale I will probably be up 3-4lbs tonight.
