So some of us are at the half way mark for baby coming- want to compare and create (to keep track of what we need) shopping lists???

Re: Shopping Lists Anyone?

Here's what I just ordered (WONDERFUL coupons )

Babyleggings (13 pairs- half girl half boy since we're team green) for $16 plus shipping!
Nursing Pillow- for the cost of shipping
Cloth uddercovers (the breast pads)- 10 for just the cost of shipping
a Seven Sling for the cost of shipping
Carseat canopy for the cost of shipping
(all the above- I started at BabyLeggings.com and used the code SEVEN then for everything else I used the code LEGGINGS

then I got for me:
2 Motherhood maternity jeans (buy 1 get 2nd 50% off)
3 Motherhood shirts on clearance
3 New Creation apparel skirts

NEED TO BUY:
Homebirth kit
*maybe* new nursing bras
diaper bag of some sort
AIO Diapers (seriously I'm selling all mine so I can buy AIO but not having luck)
travel pack n play
double jogging stroller
new crib mattress
baby clothes (summer)
Bouncer
Swing
Car seat

I *think* that's all??

I NEED a double stroller!

Other things I'd like/plan to get:

A second carrier, probably a lightweight cotton wrap
Plain white onesies that I'm going to tie dye and applique
A new car seat that will fit with my other two across
A support wrap for post partum
PP mama cloth

That's all I can really think of for right now, since this is our third we don't really need much.

Re: Shopping Lists Anyone?

I've ordered my PP mama cloth, would like some PP bath herbs I think. I'll need nursing bras.

Baby will need a new crib mattress and pail liners. I'd like a better swing.

Boy #4 and oldest brother is only 4, not a lot needed!!

My list is very short and only one thing on it is an actual *need*

Carseat (need)
Woven wrap
Arms reach cosleeper

We have several carriers and I have a cradle but I would like to sell it and et the cosleeper.

I am going to get a maxi skirt or 2 I think but those are for during pregnancy and beyond.

I AM going to be making some diapers so that is on my to do list too

Re: Shopping Lists Anyone?

I have to get through our move first, but here's what I'm thinking I still need:

Newborn diapers - hoping for a nice set of fitteds!
Sling (I found the Moby to be way too hot during the summer)
Cosleeper (we have this but lent it to a friend, so have to get it back or get a new one)
Babylegs! (Hubby didn't like them with the boy, hoping a girl will get more use)
PP mama cloth - I'd like to try that this time around
New nursing bras
A stroller board (hoping not to do a double stroller)

What a great idea to start these lists! Totally just helped me think of a few things.

Re: Shopping Lists Anyone?

Wow, some of you guys are way ahead of me with the shopping!

I haven't gotten a whole lot because I'm waiting for my baby shower before buying. So far I've just got a crib, a few sheets, 20 adorable pocket diapers, and a huge box of sposie wipes.

I need: clothes, clothes, clothes!
Postpartum mama pads-- I'll probably use natural sposies
nursing bras and nursing clothes
a sling carrier
nursery decorations
a rocking chair (the one I used with my daughter is SO beat up!)
baby swing
carseat

Well, Erin is pregnant with baby #6 I believe, Ashley is on number 3 (and I don't think her others are very old), MrsAsh is on #4 and they are all boys, and I'm also on #4 and I have big genders and saved clothes from each gender AND I have 2 kids still in diapers (one full time and one just overnight). SO most of us probably aren't so much far along with our shopping, rather we just have less shopping to do in general

Wow, now I feel like an underachiever! This baby is my second. His big sister is six and I got rid of all my baby stuff years ago.
