Quinoa for picky eaters?

Oh, and I also do stir fry a lot and will often serve it with quinoa instead of brown rice. It all gets mixed with the veggies and sauce so the kids don't really mind what the grain actually is.

I've made buffalo chicken bites from quinoa. It was a Pinterest recipe as well. We love it. I'm still getting used to the quinoa taste, so the buffalo sauce kinda masks it for me. Idk if it would be too hot for you LOs though
