To fold the city select up you have to take both seats off or the car seat adaptor. They are super easy to remove but it's one more step. If you google baby jogger city select they have YouTube videos on how to fold it down. The double bob would be hard to use in the store or mall because it's soooo wide in my opinion. I have tried lots of doubles and the city select has been by far superior to the other brands for me

I forgot to mention. I bought mine through pishposhbaby online. Free shipping and i received it in like 4 days. I also ordered last years model as it was on clearance instead of waiting for the new one

Have you looked at the Phil and Teds tandem options? With the doubles seat attached your under storage is lost but you could always wear a backpack instead. I loved ours.

We have the same dilemma. Considering the city select or donkey though. I think either way it will be a trade off for convenience.

Re: Stroller help

I have a 2010 city select with 2nd seat and car seat adapter and love it! With just one seat forward facing it is not necessary to remove the seat when you fold it up. The second seat does not have to be removed to fold but it will take up a lot of space so depending on how much room you have it may be necessary. I love how easy it is to steer. I can easily push it with one hand, which is sometimes needed so I can hold an older kids hand through a parking lot or something.

Unfortunately I always over pack so not having the storage would be a no no for me
Thanks for sharing your opinion though I appreciate it!

Re: Stroller help

I'd consider the Britax B-Ready if I were you. I have one and I love it. It can fold with the second seat attached.
