Perineal tears

So I'm a month PP on the 5th, and I had a 2nd degree tear and got a few stitches, and I'm like afraid to see what it looks like down there. It feels pretty healed on the outside, but I also get these random twinges around there and my vagina that hurt for like a few seconds and go away. I was reading that was pretty normal, but does anyone have a similar experience with being weirded out about your postpartum privates? It feels like mine were playing jenga or something (battleship? Lol)

I wouldn't look!
I feel like after each delivery it takes a bit to get settled in my new normal.

Re: Perineal tears

Assuming this is your first? I agree that I wouldn't analyze down there to closely this soon as well. I had a 3rd degree tear with my first and it was very uncomfortable for quite a while. I had 6 more after that with no tears or issues so I wouldn't be too worried.
