Re: Hypnobabies mamas

Idk how similar it is to hypnobirthing (Monagan method), that's what I used and it was very helpful and comforting. I felt like it made a difference.

Its using guided hypnosis to ease the fear tension pain progression of labor , some women experience little to no pain at all.

Re: Hypnobabies mamas

I've used it with all my births, including my recent med-free twin birth. It works great for me! With my twins, I practiced with the twin tracks sometimes, but really, it was the many months of practice over the years with the regular tracks that I relied on most.

Good luck!

Re: Hypnobabies mamas

I used it for my singleton. I had a fast, Unmedicated birth. I recommend it! Cirriculum is amazing & informative. Technique REALLY helps cope. Recommendations make a big difference (example: provider checking you internally). If i could change anything: I'd make sure DH played the pushing track. He was distracted and never put it in- "pushing" was different than what id expected.

Re: Hypnobabies mamas

I loved Hypnobabies! It worked throughout a 36 hour med free birthing time for my daughter. The only pain I felt was about 3 seconds just as her head came out, ring of fire, but I was losing concentration and overriding switches cause I could see her head and got really excited haha!

I am excited to use it again in about 3 weeks!
