Re: The Yarn on the Needles Goes Round and Round...

one more question:

when you block your longies, do they looked sort of stretched when you lay them out to dry? my stuff NEVER looks nice and fluffy like pics i see on here after they are blocked - they look stretched and thinned, if that makes sense. how can i fix that?

I'm wasting my morning away trying to figure out how to animate gif's. Does anyone know how? I was told to get gimp, but I'm still lost. I got it to rotate through the pics I want, but I can't change the timing. Anyone?!

I could be knitting now :-(

thanks! I will do that when anni naps and take a pic.

Kat, I just got back from dropping Jack off at the vet. they gave us two options and estimates. He is staying overnight for bloodwork and fluids. they think either gastro infection or blockage. may need xrays too. we'll see what happens, but like you, we can't afford to pay $$$$, esp. since we just did for meds last week. Let me know how things go with your dog.

Tammy - no worries, i figured you went to sleep or had something to deal with. awww, sorry she had a fever. that's tough on them and us too. i'll do some loose rows and take a pic later on.

Do you have animation shop? That's the only way I know how to do it, but I know there are other ways!

Here's a pic of the kirkyard longies they're damp & even though I've blocked them I unpinned it early to snap pics. They're still laying funny.

Hmm, I don't have either. Just Corel Paintshop Pro. Are there any free programs? I just can't justify buying yet another program.

Gimp is Photoshop's free red-headed step-sibling
