GERD help?

my 4 week old has GERD she will eat very little and most of what she eats she spits up she is always coughing. we have been doing the upright thing and zantac but its not helping very much. She has'nt had a BM in 2 1/2 days. I'm starting to get worried any suggestions?

How are her wet diapers? The decrease frequency in BMs could be normal.
My 5 mos old has GERD. It is really hard. Some days she refuses all daytime feeds and completely reverse cycles. Try feeding her when she is still really sleepy. Also for some reason Carly likes it when I nurse her while walking. IDK why, but girl likes what she likes.
It may be that the Zantac hasn't had time to kick in yet, I think it takes two weeks for some babies. If not you could ask your Dr to try another med.
Are you dairy and caffeine free? Those are biggies for some babies.
