When to move on?

I didn't specifically mention a payment time frame in my FSOT post so I need to know when I can move onto the next seller. I had someone PM me that they were interested in a CD and I wrote them back with my paypal info, however it's been 12 hours and still no response or payment from them. I have another interested buyer lined up and I would like to move on at this point. It's been 12 day time hours, not 12 hours overnight or anything. I sent a PM to the original potential buyer that if I did not hear from them by the morning I would be moving on. How long do I need to wait this out? I'm new here and don't want to cross any lines or break any rules.
Thanks!

Re: When to move on?

Usually people do about 24 hours, or however long they feel comfortable with.
