Gift Ideas for a 3 year old girl?

This seemed like a good place to ask. I am looking for ideas for a present for a little girl turning 3. They are for my best friends daughter. Any ideas are great!!! Thank you.

3 is great age to start doing really crafts- kits are always easy or maybe at the craft store buy a plain paper mache' box to fill with fun supplies, pom-poms, pipe cleaners, glue, paint, etc. Maybe even paint her name on top?

Dollhouse, dress up, board games, playmobil sets, paints/pens/art supplies, dolls. If you need a great cheap idea - you can get an art easel at ikea for about $12 and pair it with some $ store art supplies. Or you could hit up some local thrift spots for some great dress up items and decorate a plastic tub to hold it all.

My daughter is turning 3 on the 12th, some things she enjoys:

- play food
- grocery cart
- blocks
- dolls
- doll stroller
- dress up clothes, especially princess/anything with a crown
- puzzles (she LOVES puzzles, especially of the alphabet)
- coloring books/crayons
- finger paints
- sidewalk chalk
- cd for the car with kids' songs
- stickers
- hairbrush, bows, hair clips
- her princess purse
- her heart-shaped sunglasses

My 3.5 yr old plays with:

A little kids laptop my mom got her for Chirstmas...though she doesn't use it right
A toy camera
Balls of all shapes and sizes
Playdough
Puzzles
A little people house and people
A set of Care Bears that she found in my closet that I saved from when I was a kid they are little poseable plastic bears. We just found the Care Bears movie on Netlix and she loves to play "rainbow rescue beam" with them.
Stickers (quick easy consumable for the kids who have everything)
bubbles
pool toys-buckets, sifters etc for in the kiddy pool
