I like your boy naming style but I can't get 100% on board with either of those. Rowan is so unisex these days that I'd have to avoid it for a boy, and http://www.diaperswappers.com/forum/...eply&p=2917005
Diaper Swappers - Cloth Diaper & Mothering Community - Reply to TopicBoone... hmm I like the idea of it, but I think I would get tired of it, plus it just reminds me of lost

A couple suggestions that I think may be your style based on these are:

Boden / Bhoden
Leran
Mathis
Ryah
Alton
Quinlan
Rork
Kelton
Calder (Celtic-"from the wild waters")
Monroe
Curren
Dalton

For your girls names I love Arvena! I think it's so unique an pretty. Where is it from?

We don't know anyone IRL that has Rowan as a name. I had also thought about Basil (I love older names)

Arvena is DH's great-grandma's middle name. I love how it sounds too. I think we may end up going w/ it.

I've never seen lost. The only problem w/ Boone we have is everyone was joking about the nickname they'd give him so we probably won't be able to do it.

(I'm really hoping for a girl)

Thanks for the suggestions!

Well, it won't be long before you do. It seems that it's becoming a VERY popular name.

Re: My turn for naming help please!

I like Rowan and Willow, although I do think of Rowan as being slightly more of a girl's name. Never heard of Arvena and don't like it, although Eva is very pretty.
