Thanks ive actually felt pretty good today except for being very tired and run down. We went out for lunch because we had company and it was hard to not order what I really wanted but I was good lol

Today was good. No cravings no headache. This is much easier than I though it would be.

So, did you get really grumpy your first day or 2? I have not had any sugar today, and I just totally chewed everyone out. I've been in bed crying for the past half hour. My DH has no idea what I'm going through. I'm surprised I don't have a headache, I always get headaches when I don't have treats. I thought my grumpiness might be a symptom of low blood sugar, but my number was fine.

The first day was the only day I felt really crappy and I think that was mostly from caffeine withdrawal. I feel amazing now even though I haven't slept well the last few nights.

Oh good. I hope that means that tomorrow will be better for me. I do feel better after eating a big dinner, I just don't want to spend all week yelling at my family. Although, if I am finally able to kick this habit and get healthy it's worth a week of HELL, right?

I think so I actually have a lot of weight to lose. I weighed myself this morning as kind off a half way mark for this first week and I'm down 4.6lbs to 247.6. I know that right now its mostly just water weight but I'll take it lol.

That's a great start! Please remember that eliminating sugar is one of the best things you can do. If you are consuming sugar first thing in the morning, your body is too busy trying to burn off the sugar and never gets around to burning off the fat.

Thanks I'm actually getting pretty excited. I dont really feel deprived of anything. I'm ready for my 21 days to be over so I can have some fruit and see what it is actually supposed to taste like

That's awesome! I've lost 4 lbs in 2 days since I started doing this. Just gotta have the willpower and focus to keep it up!
