YES! I used this for the first time 2 days ago. I love it too. It made some really yummy bread.

Re: Attn: Bread makers!

This one I love to make as it is so easy. It makes 3 smaller loaves or 2 bigger ones.

Dissolve 2 packets of yeast in 2 c. warm water in a big bowl. Whisk in 2 eggs, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1 TBSP salt, 1/4 c. sugar. Whisk in 6 1/2 c. bread flour, about 1/2 c. at a time. Once about 4 c. have been added switch to a wooden spoon or a spatula. Once flour has been added oil your hands and knead a few minutes. Add a little more oil to the bowl, turn dough to coat. Cover bowl w/ damp towel and let rise in warmish place for a couple of hours. Punch dough down, form into loaves let rise again for an hour. Bake 40 minutes at 350.

Here is a wonderful bread recipe that is all the rage over at the Backyard Chickens Forum. I can't even begin to describe how tasty this bread is. http://www.backyardchickens.com/foru....php?id=120918

Re: Attn: Bread makers!

I've spent months trying to find the best 100% whole wheat bread that doesn't use special ingredients.

I finally found Dave's Killer 100% Whole Wheat Bread and I love it!
