Men usually never understand the true risks associated with a c section nor how hard it is on you. It is insensitive since natural childbirth is pretty indicative that you are against intervention, but I wouldn't get freaked out mad at him. C sections are so common in the U.S. most women don't even realize how hard they are on your body.

Hope baby turns for you!!

I've had two c-sections and I'm trying a vbac again for #3. Dh has seen the research, but because now he knows what to expect from a c-section, that is what he's comfortable with. With #2, my mom was also telling me to just schedule one. She's been through a major car accident, countless surgeries, and a long recovery period. I was shocked! People just seem to think that because c-sections are so common, they're easy. Um? No! I have a pretty decent pain tolerance level and I am in total misery for a week or two .

My head up stubborn baby did not flip until the beginning of labor! I was constantly doing the exercises from the Spinning Babies website. Finally I needed to get in the tub (@ home) and was still doing them there, and he flipped. After that labor was fast!

Re: Crazy pregnancy talk from DH

This was my first breech baby, he was breech at my 20 week ultrasound and continued to be breech until about 32 weeks. We started the webster technique at 28 weeks pregnant and had multiple sessions before we confirmed he had flipped at 32 weeks.
