For my 15 mo old I have:

8 Nana's Bottoms M/L
10 med old style BG AIOs (he is just now out growing the rise in these)
15 size lg old style BG AIOs (need elastic and aplix replaced, I should get on that.... lol)
2 Bottom Bumpers AI2 size lg I think
1 lg OsoCozy AIO
2 Nicki's Fitteds size lg
5 prefold to fitted conversions, size med
12 bamboo prefolds
8 Flip covers
Random flats and inserts for the Flips, mostly bamboo or hemp.
2 Etsy PUL covers that I ADORE
Several wool shorties and three upcycled wool longies
As of this week several new fleece longies (my new sewing obsession)

Way too much, and I have all the newborn and small stuff packed away. It's hard to destash though as I go through days of really wanting to use one thing and then days of really wanting to use another. Sundays are AIO days because of church and visiting family, and I rotate between Flips and inserts, fitteds or prefolds with wool and fleece, and the AIOs during the week.

I haven't bought in diapers in about 6 months! This is good for me!

Anyway we've been really stash happy,

BG 4.0 and DS pockets stuffed with Imagine Bamboo PFs.

WAHM AIO (fit very similar to Nanas Bottoms)

DS and Flip covers. (Maybe 8 total?)

3 fitteds for overnight

Re: What's in your stash? Nov. 2013

I'm definitely envious of the truly simple stashes!

I am thinking what I might do is start sticking to only one kind of diaper per wash. So use only flats until I have to wash (using fitteds at night), then use only aio's until I have to wash.

I can't seem to part with anything else in my stash right now. We do prefer AIOs most of the time and I want to use flats more.

Re: What's in your stash? Nov. 2013

In use I have

30 babee greens prefolds
4 organic caboose prefolds
4 organic caboose contours

72 Imagine flats-I double them so this is 36 changes-we have more flats of other brands used as hand towels rather than diapers.

24 fitteds of assorted brands-we have about 1 dozen more but they don't fit anymore or elastic is shot

10 wool longies
2 wool wraps
3 wool soakers-7 more no longer fit
16 wool shorties-sometimes used for sleeping in until warm weather returns

I think that is it.

BG 4.0's, Thirsties Duo, Sweat Pea OS, etc. I just felt like taking a picture tonight after Kim was organizing the drawer.

Re: What's in your stash? Nov. 2013

I have been selling diapers my son has outgrown lately. ( I've had good luck with kijiji as no shipping or PayPal fees.) I am now down to just stuff that fits:

9 Nanas Bottoms Large bamboo AIOs
8 Bamboo Sandy's (Large)
1 MEOS that still somehow fits but is on last snaps... Lol
5 Kushies Toddler fitteds that I modified by sewing hemp into each diaper's flap
3 Nanas Bottoms large fitteds ( bamboo)
67 assorted hemp inserts which all get used
19 bamboo prefolds that all get used
Over 200 wipes
1 blueberry Coverall
4 MEAF covers
1 Bella Bottom cover
1 WAHM made cover with flaps for trifolds
4 Woolly Bottoms Soakers Large
1 Woollybottoms longies Large
1 Disana Soaker
1 Engel Soaker
1 hand knit pair of shorties
7 upcycled longies I made myself
1 Shoe City Mama XL fleece soaker Spider-Man

(And 3 Medium and 3 Large Fuzzibunz Perfect Fit diapers that I keep hanging onto hoping they will one day fit my son properly, but they sag and gape for some reason.)

I am debating getting a few more Nanas Bottoms AIOs for Black Friday, but my son is starting to show interest in the potty now, and he's 19 months old, so not sure if I will or if I will just do diaper laundry more often to have enough daycare diapers. ( I use fitteds at home.) I've never had just 26 diapers before, but I do have a few more changes if I just trifold prefolds and put them with hemp inserts inside a cover, which I can do at home, just not at daycare.

I think it will probably be fine as my son is going through fewer changes a day now, too.
This is a seriously simplified stash for me, and it feels good.
