Summer crockpot meals

I really want to refresh my meal plan. I'm sick of cooking the same rotation of stuff.

What are your favorite crockpot meals for summer time?

Do you have any restrictions? No dairy? If not I have one we like to do. We throw it in a tortilla and make a burrito when it's finished.

We do a lot of wraps in the summer. There's little cooking involved and DH will often grill the chicken for the week so really all you're doing is putting it together.

Our favorites are a Hawaiian BBQ chicken wrap and a hummus and chicken wrap. The kids love them

Only no nos are I will not eat anything that has touched an olive, DH and DS1 hate mushrooms (although they will pick them off or whatever) so we are pretty easy. That burrito bowl looks delicious! Wraps are a great idea. I'll have to Pinterest some ideas. I love the idea of pre cooking chicken for the week.

Thanks!

I just made a pork loin roast in the crock a few nights ago. There are some really good recipes on Pinterest for nice juicy roasts.

I found a recipe for crockpot chicken parm. but have yet to make it.

There's also a bunch of dessert recipes for crockpots.

Pork carnitas - in the crock pot. Then finish them under the broiler in the oven. Cheap, delicious, and will last all week if you turn them into tacos (+1 for healthy)
