I can breath a bit of a sigh of relief. I will be twelve weeks tomorrow and I heard baby's heartbeat today. I have never had any trouble after twelve weeks and while I know it's not a guarantee I do feel better.

Your little girl is soooo cute!
I had insulin dependent GD with my first 2 pregnancies and I was diabetic for my last one and this one. I almost always have to have a bowl of cereal before bed. It keeps me from completely tanking at night (waking up with a blood sugar reading of 25 is no fun) and it keeps my morning reading down. I think dairy is what helps me. In have had 3 healthy babies. My girls had a little trouble with their sugar at birth but nothing that a little breast milk and a little sugar water didn't help. Finding the right mix of foods that work for you is sometimes the hardest part.

That's wonderful! I kwym about passing the week when you had trouble last/latest and feeling somewhat reassured by that.

Re: Pregnancy After Loss (April)

Amy - That's great!

AFM: I really would covet your prayers today, mamas. I have no clue what's going on - nothing bad I don't think, but I'm tired out!
Had bloody show all day yesterday, contractions started around 3pm, 20mins apart for a couple hours, then 10mins, had a bath and things didn't stop, got to 5mins apart last night for almost an hour, then back to 10mins. I decided to go to bed, try for some rest.
I woke up every hour with a good contraction, but was able to get some rest until 3am - started again 20mins apart, then 10mins, by 5am they were 5mins apart again. Then they got further apart again, seemed to stop at 7, though I just had another one at 7:30. More show all night long, too.

Goodness gracious, I don't know what to think! Hiccup sure is keeping me on my toes!
