Low BBT while breastfeeding?

I just started charting a few days ago and noticed that I have a very low BBT, all temps being in the 96 range...I'm currently breastfeeding my 13 month old and still haven't had AF. I have been reading that a low BBT could mean a thyroid issue. I had my thyroid checked at 4 months PP and all came back negative, could this be BFing related? I can't seem to find anything on this topic except that it could be thyroid related. Would love to hear from mamas who have experience in this, TIA!

A low bbt on its own is NOT cause for alarm. It never hurts to be rechecked.

My bbt is low while bf and I am well treated hypothyroid.
