Just wondering how common

I have had bleeding with both pregnancies. With #1, there was no cause found and with #2, it was a large SCH. I have two healthy kids.

I have only had bleeding in a pregnancy if I miscarried amd always before 8 weeks. There was the exception of some spotting after a pelvic exam but that was later on.

With both I had implantation bleeding. With DS1 I had a small SCH and bled/spotted until about 22 weeks. With DS2 I had no bleeding until 14 weeks when I had a gush of blood and it was determined I had a placental abruption and a SCH. I bled with him until 24 weeks. DS1 is two and DS2 is six months. It is a crappy way to spend pregnancy though always worried about loss.

I knew I wasn't pregnant with my first because I started my period...well after two days, I realized it wasn't quite a normal period and I took a pregnancy test. sure enough, ds1 was growing! I bled lightly for a few weeks and had a surge of blood at seven weeks, they did an ultrasound and didn't find anything wrong,, but boy was I nervous! he's a very healthy six year old now. I didn't have bleeding with either of my next pregnancies, unless it was after an exam.

I had some bleeding around 8 weeks with DS1. No bleeding with DS2.

I'm thinking that the first blood was implantation and the spotting is from a UTI. The Nz doc here at my job wrote me an antibiotic with follow up with my doctor on Tuesday and a cell number for him just in case. I am excited and nervous about seeing the doctor.
