My husband went through every store deodorant before finding one that works, and he alternates scents of that brand every time he buys. His shirts would be yellow or green. I'm not sure of the ingredients but some just didn't work with his chemistry!

Lavanila is a good brand.

Re: Yellowing shirts?? Deodorant talk...

No idea about the shirt yellowing, but has anyone had an issue with skin peeling/underarm rash using Toms or KissMyFace?

If you are talking about their stick deos, both brands rely on propylene glycol as their main ingredient, which not infrequently causes contact dermatitis. When companies are trying to produce a natural deodorant that is not going to be that much more expensive to make than clinical deos, they have limited options.

Random interesting fact: both the propylene glycol and the main active ingredient in the lavanilla deo are used as antifreeze.

I found the yellowing actually improved after switching to a natural deodorant. I have been really like Primal Pit Paste... and I'm a tough case!
