Re: DS keeps choking & I'm scared and frustrated.
We have been there with our older son. I had to grind up all his food till he was nearly 3 years old. I was taking him to a chiropractor for chranial sacral therapy. A fancy word for skull adjustments. Any way she went to an educational seminar for chiropractors. The subject of children choking was addressed. It was mentioned that the roof of the mouth can need adjustment as well. It took a couple of months because my son was a biter but she was able to check his mouth. In his case she said the roof of his mouth was too low. With gentle pressure several times a day we saw a difference after only a few weeks. Because of my sons biting habit she had me do it at home as he didn't bite me as much as others. He was finally able to eat regular food without choking.
