OMG! Is this um... "normal?!"

I just went to wash out a poopy diaper that I had taken off of Whilder earlier, and I found something in it. It's a little cotton jersy fabric scrap, about 2 inches long and a centimeter wide, it was in with the poop and it looks like it has been um... digested? Could she really have eaten this? I feel like an awful parent, I try to keep a close eye on her and keep the floor clean, I don't know how she got her little paws on that. Is this a common occurnce to find foreign objects in dirty diapers???

At least now I guess I don't have to wonder weather or not she can handle solid foods yet

We'll - Id venture to say that since it was still recognisable, it was not digested! but yeah - it's okay. and as far as being normal... sure. At least in this house it is. DS gets a hold of many things but I posted about that on the other thread that ended up with talking about them eating paper. For example. one day DS pooped some tiny scraps of junior mint box he got a hold of when daddy was on "baby watch"

Babies eat all sorts of things. No worries, like I said in your crying post, as long as I'm not worried about Jackson choking, I don't even bother pulling stuff out of his mouth anymore. It's not worth the worry. It'll pass through.

And yeah, she ate it if it was mixed into the poo. Cloth isn't digestable, so it would have just passed through her.

We don't vaccinate, we kept our sons intact, we use cloth diapers, we co-sleep, we extended RF, we breastfeed, but we watch too much tv and I totally dig plastic! Everyone has their issues, lol.

My dd ate about 20 of those little pony beads. I didn't notice her chowing down after my older daughters had spilled the box. When I changed her next dipe, it was "colorful" LOL
