I think they can definately remember . Brighton swears there's nice soft & comfortable blankets in there for babies . He always tells me that babies are really warm and comfortable in their mama's bellies

so funny to see this thread today! from the way my 10 month old was staring at the tv tonight during a birthing scene on some show, i'd say yes...it was the funniest look...like "oh yeah, i remember that..hmm, good times" kinda look lol!

It makes sense that they remember, it's a huge moment in their lives. It also makes sense that we eventually forget, there's only so much space in our brains for memories

Maybe, but I don't know about remembering things you "saw" through the womb. Babies can't even see that well after their born never mind through the womb. I'd always thought birth was a bit traumatic for babies. You're in this warm, quiet environment and suddenly you get squeezed out through a tiny space into a big wide world. Even with the most peaceful birth that has to be a bit jostling.
