Adding snaps to diapers...
Could you theoretically buy a XL diaper and then add a bunch of snaps to be a large running OS diaper? DS is starting to grow out of some of his OS (At 7 months! Yikes!) but I don't want to keep redoing our stash all the time...

I've thought this myself! I don't see why not!

Re: Adding snaps to diapers...
I think that would work! I've seen some WAHM diapers that they called "Toddler OS" looked like OS diapers, but were much larger than their regular OS diapers.

Re: Adding snaps to diapers...
I have no idea..I'm not crafty, but I would say to wait it out a little...Your baby will change in shape once they start to be mobile. Diapers that looked like they were getting small might very well fit nicely, again

Re: Adding snaps to diapers...
I've definitely been trying to wait it out! lol Although in the past week he's officially grown out of our OS Patooshie Pants (sp?) which make up almost 10 of our diaper stash. D: As well as like 6 of our OS BSRB's like a month ago. haha
I think I'm going to try it out. I'm just nervous about ruining a diaper. lol And GL ttc Ophelia.

I would say yes👍 make one & see how it works. I've been needing to do the same for my dd who is 10 months. It's really no different in the concept just the sizing.

Re: Adding snaps to diapers...
I definitely think it will work! I have converted several Bumgenius Large sized diapers to pocket OS diapers with the snap rows on the front. They look identical to my OS dipes. I would think that it would work the same for an XL to Large. When in doubt, try one out
