Flat folds, a comprehensive list?

I have been experimenting with flats and LOVING them. So far I have been doing the fold RosiePosie taught us, a kite fold, and an origami fold. I found a uk website that has a lot of folds and that has helped me find a couple more folds to try. But I thought it would be nice to have a list in one spot with pictures or links to videos, etc! Especially since I have been seeing lots of flats love going around lately

So ladies (and gents!) please share with me your favorite folds!!

As soon as lil' miss stops howling, I will share my favorite folds too!

I like the kite fold and the neat fold with jelly roll legs...I will have to track down a camera to get pics.

Re: Flat folds, a comprehensive list?

This is a great idea! I too have been practicing lots of them (there are several videos on YouTube), but it seems that I have had to track them down in several different places. Origami is my fave for my infant. For my toddler, probably the kite fold or neat fold. Another one I just found recently is called the gaynor's fold (sp?). It looks to me like what my MIL describes as the fold she used for girls, with the folded layers running front to back, the entire length of the rise. Should I post links to the sites where I found these? What if it is just a link to a video?

I saw that Gaynor fold recently too! Sure, link away!

Also, there was a thread floating around here with a fold called the diaper bag fold, but I can't for the life of me find it now. Anybody have that one bookmarked?

I exclusively use the kite, and mini kite folds - trim, absorbant where I need it, and enough fabric to get a good jelly roll on the legs!

Re: Flat folds, a comprehensive list?

I am doing the kite fold with my osocozy flats still and the mini kite fold with my LL Flats .. on my 12 week old I can't use flats on my 34month old he hates snappis and screams if I get near him with a pin (from needles/ivs not me sticking him)

www.mrsmccullen07.blogspot.com has some pictures of Lee in a flat but for some reason photobucket will not let me see my pics today its just white blanks
