Diaper Swappers

Trying to figure out what is giving me headaches, so I'm eliminating soy, gluten & maybe diary. So I have to figure out what I can eat, veggies and maybe veggies lol. I don't eat eggs so that is out. All I can think of is rice. I'm suspicious that it might be when I eat all 3 of them together soy, gluten and dairy. Any ideas would be great!

lots of beans? you can use brown rice as a "crust" in things (quiche, etc.)...
