You were trying to use the button? What I do is hit the "wrap [- ]..." button and then put my courser between the [ -] and [/-] and type in between them. If it doesn't work for you, you can just do it manually. I'm just lazy and find it annoying to have to type it out.

You can also type the text, highlight it and then hit the button.
