Yummy summer snacks

What do you love to make for your family? I love:

Frozen grapes (like tiny mess free Popsicles!)
frozen bananas drizzled with chocolate
ice cream between 2 chocolate chip cookies

for the dogs: homemade frosty paws, made of 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 banana, & 1tbsp peanut butter, mixed & frozen in small cups

I just found a recipe for homemade gummy candy I can't wait to try, too!

Oh, here's another favorite:
spread nutella or peanut butter on a Graham cracker square. Top with a marshmallow. Toast in toaster oven until marshmallow is golden brown. Lightly tap the marshmallow to smush slightly... Yuuuuum!

I have a huge jar of nutella in the pantry! Now I have to try the super toast! Thanks for the tip!

I also make frozen grapes, and frozen blueberries as well. My favorite snack is sliced tomato with shredded mozarella cheese and basil leaves drizzled with olive oil! Also now that strawberries are in season, I cut them up and poor cold milk over them.

I refreshing beverage is kale leaves, apple of your choice skinned, and a peeled orange in the blender, strain if you desire and add liquid stevia if you want it sweeter. My daughter likes it, it is just like green eggs, but a beverage, but fun to get her to drink it.

What! No one told me that I could give my kids grapesicles! Off to try it out...

My kids love eating water melon or cantaloupe off toothpicks. (8 and 5 yrs old, so not little ones).

I'm going to make some frozen yogurt Popsicles with my homemade yogurt. I tried pudding pops last week because we had a ton of milk to use up.

frozen grape kabobs!! add some strawberries on it it too! even let them stir it around in their ice tea for fun!

We the tube yogurt in the freezer. Yogurt push pops! hee hee

And we always try to have frozen s'mores on hand
1 jar of marshmallow creme
1 8oz cool whip (thawed)
1 bag of chocolate chips
1 box of honey grahams

Mix marshmallow and cool whip well, add chocolate chips and spread on graham halves, top with remaining half of graham. Freeze.

Easy Peasy! And so good on a hot day! We each take one for our walk to the pool!

ahh, I want to try what your dogs are having..

I not sure how I found this out but my kids like frozen peas when its hot, a bowl of peas.
