Can I post a thread in the FSOT if I am organizing a co-op?

No, If you wanted to host a coop you would need to join the coops group then also join the coop hosts group and run the coop here on DS fallowing the boards rules for coops that way all members are safe and if a problem happens Mods can step in and deal with it.

if you go into your user cp and click memberships you will see "co-ops" as one of the options

Has anyone heard about the coop called something along the lines "savers mavers" or "saver mavens"... I saw a post somewhere not too long ago that they had a few spots open and requirement was to have 100 posts.. but I cannot remember if it was on Diaper Swapers or Babywearer....and cannot find it.. I am pretty new to all this...and would not qualify, but my friend would and was very interested... thanks in advance fotr any information!

I don't think that was here - at least I don't remember anything quite like that.

I'm gonna ask what may be a very dumb question. I don't entirely understand what a co-op is. I've heard of food co-ops where everyone pitches in in a community garden and divides the food, but not quite understanding how it would work for other things. I feel like my blonde roots are showing!
