Floradix

I got some Floradix yesterday after the recommendations on here. I've taken in 4 times. My question is, how long until you see results, if you're going to? I feel like I have more energy today, but am thinking that's just psychological because I've only been taking it for 2 days!

Re: Floradix

I was already taking an iron supplement, so I didn't really see much difference until about a week later. But, if you haven't been taking anything, I could see how 2 days worth of doses could show results!

I would say a few days. I noticed more energy within 3 days or so when I started taking it.

I believe it takes awhile to get your iron level back up if it was low..probably a week you'll see some real results. =o)

it takes about a week to get your iron level up but I suppose you could see a energy level increase within a few days to over a week. depends on how badly you need it

Re: Floradix

I usually feel better within a day or 2. But mine is pretty low. I skip a day or 2 a week because it makes things not move. TMI

Re: Floradix

New TMI question - have any of you who take it noticed your pee is way bright yellow? I have noticed this in the past few days and just thought today that's what it could be, but hoped someone else had had the same thing in case it's NOT related...usually I have practically clear pee since I drink so much water. I thought maybe because of the color it can have some effect?

Re: Floradix

yeah- my pee gets super yellow- like a strong multivitamin will also do. I just increase my water intake to dilute it.

Re: Floradix

My midwife said that some people who start on Floradix see a difference within a day or two.

I have been taking it for about two weeks, but haven't actually noticed a difference. I could just be a flake and not notice though. LOL

My urine has been brighter as well.... but I haven't been drinking as much water lately, and I started some Vit D the same time as the Floradix so I didn't know what it was causing the reaction.
