Can you use other cloth inserts with gdiapers

Im new to this whole cloth diaper thing, I like the hybrids but I was wondering what were the best cloth inserts for gdiapers. Do any other cloth inserts work?

Thanks for any input!

I've used the gerber prefolds.

I'm sure any prefold can be folded to lay into the shell. I use only Grobabys but I occasionally use trifolded prefolds that I trimmed (to lay in without having to fold the extra under) and they work great.

I'm another one who uses prefolds, I top with a fleece liner just so LO's bum stays dry.
I also bought a load of cheap ebay diapers (coolababy), and the microfibre inserts I got with these fit a treat!
It's all experimentation to find out what works best, how trim you like it to be, and how quickly your LO can out pee it!

Best of luck

Sasha

I use prefolds as well as inserts. They both work really well!

twinkle toes diapers on etsy sells hemp/zorb inserts w a stay-dry suedecloth top that ROCK. You must prep them thoroughly-it relaly does take about 6-7 washes for them to reach full absorbancy. But after that they are awesome.

Can you use fuzzibunz inserts in gDiapers? I know they are for pocket diapers, so I wasn't sure if they would work next in g's since they would be next to baby's skin. Would love some input!
thanks!

Many do fit and work great. Just be sure to throw a liner between baby and any microfiber inserts you try. Microfiber is the only kind of material in diapering that really shouldn't be directly against baby's skin.
