Heeeeeere's Remi!

So after a sudden diagnosis of polyhydramnios and a scary appointment with a genetic counselor last Tuesday, the stress probably sent me into labor a bit early. My water broke 2 days later when I went to pull a car door closed . On Friday, after 24 hours of labor, Remi Julia was born by an unwanted but much needed C-section (she was stuck at -1 station, I was almost fully dilated, the epiural had given out and I was on pitocin and in a world of pain). Despite all this, we are elated to have this little one, who was born completely normal and perfect in every way, in our lives. We are so lucky .
