Are there any stores in the Dallas/Plano/Frisco/etc. area that sell cloth diapers?

I highly recommend Babies Bottoms and More (http://www.babiesbottomsandmore.com/index.html)
in Farmers Branch. You may have to set up an appointment to go there, but they have a very wide range of diapers to look at and choose from. Peppermint in Richardson also sells some diapering items, but it has a very limited selection and I think you have to make an appointment there too. I am not aware of any other CD stores in our part of town, although I know they exist in Arlington and other remote parts of DFW.

Froggy's cloth diapers. It's not a brick and mortar store. It's online but you can schedule an appointment to shop in person I believe.

Hey guys! I have actually just started Baby Rear Gear in Arlington. I sell diapers out of my house as well as doing diaper parties and coming to your house if needed. If you don't see what you want, contact me and I will work on getting it in. Thanks!

This is Elisa, I run Babies Bottoms and More out of my house in Farmers Branch. We're sort of northeast of the intersection of 635 and 35E, so pretty central to DFW. We're open Saturdays 1-4, plus Tu-Th by appointment. We carry pretty much everything on our website, at least 4-8 of each diaper although we may have to order particular colors in some of the brands that carry lots of colors.

I just wanted to second the recommendation for The Changing Station in Cedar Hill (Dandie Doodle Diapers (sp). She has quite a bit and can talk for hours!
