Diaper Swappers

I just bought a new diaper about a month ago and when I took it out of the washer this morning a snap had fallen off!

Please tell me this isn't the norm. I really love this diaper as it holds my ds all night with 1 hemp & 2 cotton baby inserts. I've contacted the company so hopefully this doesn't happen all the time. Anyone have this happen before?

I have four MT in our rotation, and I haven't had any snap issues. They have really good customer service, though, so you should get it taken care of quickly.
