3yr old picky eater! help

My 3yr old is the pickiest eater I have ever seen. Anyone have any good meal and snack ideas??

Bet my 4 year old would win in the picky contest! The only fruit he'll eat is raisins, and that's RARE and he won't eat one single veggie. In fact, if it isn't one of the 4 dishes he's always eaten, he'll actually throw up if we try to get him to try something new. Of course, he loves cookies, candy, chips, all the junk. I'll be very interested to see what people come up with!

Can you give me an idea of what your child will eat? Or if you have any diet restrictions or goals (more veggies, sugar-free, more protein ect)

My 3 yr old loves when I take a (clean) egg carton and fill the little sections with a bite or two of different things. Today for lunch he had one that had : frozen cherries, pumpkin seeds, organic cheerios and lunchmeat.
