Diaper Swappers

I thought I once seen a thread about this, so could I take old recieving blankets and cut them up to use as wipes?? I dont have to do any sewing do I? Once I use my last pack of disposible wipes thats IT! I'm going to cloth! LOL I never use cloth wipes before but I want to start! Also what is the solution you use on the wipes?

I think it would be fine.

Recieving blankets are pretty thick so you could probably get away with making them 1 ply.

Yeah that'd work. Old receiving blankets are not "soft" though. I bought 30 of them and cut and practiced on them when I got my surger. I have a ton that haven't been sewed too. Just cut into 7x7 rounded corner squares.

Don't know if I'll ever do anything with them though now that I have flannel, sherpa etc.! LOL

I use Dixie Drops but there are a lot of homemade wipe solution recipes.

they might fray if you dont surge or T&T them.
