I made it in less than a week... it is actually quicker to sew than you'd think. (You don't sew all of the tiny black squares or narrow white strips... you sew 4 print, 4 white and 1 black square in a 3x3 configuration. Then you cut the square into quarters which gives you the small black squares and white narrow strips. I hope that made sense) Since I just did straight line quilting that didn't take very long either. The most time consuming part was hand stitching the binding to the back of the quilt. But even that wasn't bad because you can do that while watching t.v.
