AWESOME! Thanks, this is just the kind of info I came to this thread looking for. Question for you re: the ready wipes - do you think it would be okay to pour the multi surface cleaner over the wipes in the huggies box? Or is it like cloth diaper wipes and you have to use them up in a few days?

I used to do it like that. I found that I used them fast enough in the kitchen (3-4 days) for them not to go funky but in the bathroom I didn't . I just found it took to much time and grabbing my spray bottle was faster for me so that's why I went to this system. But I started out by making the solution in a huggies box soaking my wipes then wringing out the whole stack and pouring the solution into a canning jar for next time. Then put them in the box, I even had them folded so I could thread them through the top. But it all just was to much time so now I fold in half throw them in the box dry and grab my spray bottle.

Re: My cleaning schedule and Homemade cleaner recipes

I'm SO happy I found this. We are trying to cut corners and save money by making our own cleaning supplies and our store bought ones are about to run out. I copied/pasted the recipes you posted to a word doc. so I can have them always. THANK YOU!!!!
