The Forbin longies... (obviously not blocked)

B&P Nokomis fingerless mitt for my niece... I am about half through the second one (I am SO slow on DPNs).

and yarn I dyed on Tuesday for a couple friends... Angel Cakes on MCN Sock

I cast on a tester sweater last night with Madelinetosh Vintage in "Stovepipe". It is so wonderful to work with and the pattern is super cute! I'll get pics when it looks like something.

I love the sock yarn and the longies are looking mighty cute!!!

I love the Angel Cakes! That's my kind of colorway! LOL.

Not much knitting today, I'm at work today and tomorrow. I did continue to work on the size 5T longies. I'm 1/3 of the way down the second leg. Flickr says I've uploaded too much this month, so I need to go back and clean out a few uploads before I can show progress. LOL.

I'm also laying out scraps for a pair of scrappies. Cestari colorways with a lot of aqua in them.

I'm also debating my KAL sweater project. RHS with ochre Malabrigo or a toddler cabled cardigan in either pink or rust Purewool. I love the rust but every time I put it up to my toddler to see how the color would look I cry because it's the exact same color as her hair. Sigh.

I have to go sign the kids up for soccer today (late, of course, *sigh*) and I was going to go shopping for school supplies but I guess we'll do that tomorrow since I still don't have the list for DD.

I'm working on some Braided Britches in MicsKnitz "In H'Ewe Chocolate"--gorgeous yarn but a bit more busy than I was expecting. I think it'll work out OK though.

Morning girls! Love the knits and yarn Shelly!

I didn't get anything at all knitted last night, just washed and blocked the gift wrap romper and wound up 4 skeins of cascade to start on the sleuthing hoodie. I hate winding by hand! I got a ball winder from Eguisgirl in a trade we did but I have no swift. One of these days I'll break down and buy one.

Love how the Forbin worked up...so chocolatey!

Everything is very very very very pretty.

I knit for a short bit last night on DSs longies so not much progress. Hopefully I'll get some done at lunch today. I also decided to find a skein of pinkish purewool for the nb sweater. Anyone have something pink/newborn looking from purewool you are looking to part with?

Thx!

Morning! I'm at the cuff of one leg on my NB longies and soon to start the second. I'll hopefully finish today, but tomorrow at the latest. My first time doing a basket weave cuff too.

I'm going to make me a pair for work. I have to wear sweaters year round at work since they keep it so cold and with having to type and deal with papers, fingerless is the way to go. Also to be used while I knit....once I actually make them

I'm cold year round at work too! I really should make some fingerless mitts for the office.

i'm still working on the Spring basket longies... slowly but surely.

Tonight we're going to Mike's parents house so he can mow the lawn for his dad... he's still in the hospital but was moved to a regular room from the ICU, so that's a relief.
