Biokleen

Is Biokleen Oxygen Bleach Plus safe to use on diapers? I found some at the grocery store today and I was wondering if it's just as effective as regular bleach. I don't mind using regular bleach if I need it but I would rather find more eco-friendly alternatives if possible. This one says it has Grapefruit seed extract and it comes in a pinkish/purple container. Thanks!

Re: Biokleen

I use it on my diapers. I have not had any problems but I am interested to hear other opinions.

No problems here.

Most likely nursing and typing. Please pardon any mistakes.

Re: Biokleen

I used it for a year, no problem, then switched to Seventh Gen Oxy Bleach because it was easier to find locally. I find the pretty much equal in terms of their efficacy.

Re: Biokleen

How much do you all use? Do you put it in with the prewash or the main wash?

I've used it for 5 years with no issues. I believe that only the premium powder works really well. I use a few sprays of bac out in a pre rinse and a full scoop in a normal wash with an extra rinse

Re: Biokleen

I also use it, but not every wash--maybe once every couple week, one scoop. No issues.
